Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many different exercises we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress.
