Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many activities that you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress.
