Here are some tips to help improve your lifestyle.

Yellow indicates dehydration; orange signifies slightly dehydrated; pink signifies normal; red signifies overhydrated; and clear signifies highly-overhydrated.

Even though it may look easy, walking requires focus and concentration. Your brain needs to keep your eyes on the road and focus on breathing slow and deep.
